Today, SKS is renowned as a leading manufacturer of bicycle pumps, fenders, and a wide range of cycling accessories, including bags, tools, digital pressure gauges, bottle cages, cage adapters, and phone holders. Employing 400 people at its bicycle headquarters in Sundern, and over 700 employees across its three divisions, SKS Germany's bicycle business comprises 43% aftermarket product sales and 32% OEM. Annually, the company produces 4.5 million full fenders, 2 million clip-on fenders, and 1.2 million bicycle pumps, equating to over 18,000 fenders and 3,200 pumps per day.
In 2022, SKS revamped its classic full fender line, replacing the Chromoplastic Longboard and Commuter II with the new Bluemels and Bluemels Style fenders. Made from the same chromoplastic material, the Bluemels now feature black hardware and are available in more sizes than before. The Bluemels Style fenders boast a square profile design, double U Stay technology, a matte black finish, and a sleek, flexible spoiler on the front and rear.
Continuing to lead in clip-on fender options, SKS offers a full range of commuting essentials for all types of riders, including e-bikes, all proudly made in Germany.
