Annually, SKS Germany produces an impressive 4.5 million full fenders, 2 million clip-on fenders, and 1.2 million bicycle pumps, which equates to over 18,000 fenders per day and 3,200 pumps per day.
Revamping the Classics: The Bluemels and Bluemels Style Fenders
In 2022, SKS revamped its full fender line, replacing the classic Chromoplastic Longboard and Commuter II full fenders with the new Bluemels and Bluemels Style fenders. Both models are made using the same chromoplastic fender material, but the Bluemels now feature black hardware and are available in more sizes than before.
The Bluemels Style fenders boast a square profile design, double U Stay technology, a matte black finish, and a sleek, flexible spoiler on the front and rear fender. SKS Germany continues to be a leader in clip-on fender options as well.
No Matter What: SKS's Comprehensive Cycling Accessories
SKS offers a full line of commuting essentials, all made in Germany, to keep riders dry and comfortable, no matter what. The company's product offerings include fenders, floor pumps, mini pumps, air pressure gauges, bike bags and racks, phone holders, tools, bottles, cages, and adapters.
The fenders are available in widths of 56mm and 75mm, with front fenders measuring 700mm and rear fenders measuring 680mm. They are designed to fit wheel sizes ranging from 27.5" to 29", and they are made from chromoplastic material. The front fenders also come equipped with the Classis ESC safety system by SKS.
